90-Day Return Policy
Product in new and unused condition (with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 3 months (90 days) following the original purchase date. Returns that are received with original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit in the form of an online gift card code which expires one year from the date of issue. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, simply enter the gift card code at check out on our website.
Opened? Tried on?
Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging to be returned. Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.
How To Return
If your order qualifies for return, visit our return portal. You will be directed to enter your order number and email address. And select items to return and options for both refund and return shipping.

Please call our customer service team at 855-363-4979 or e-mail email@example.com with a reason for the return and your requested course of action in order to obtain a return number and prepaid SmartLabel.
Once you obtain a Return Number, note it on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:

You can select a return shipping option thru our return portal that includes a shipping label. OR contact our Customer Service. There is a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid return shipping label. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing.
Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
