Winter Wool is Coming!
As the weather turns cold, it's important to wear socks that keep your feet warm AND dry.
Wool socks are the best choice for outdoor (and indoor) cold weather activities.
Merino Wool is an exceptionally soft, durable natural fiber that keeps the body at an even temperature by insulating instead of trapping heat. Wool keeps you cool in hot weather and warm in cold weather. When you wear merino wool against your skin it draws (wicks) sweat away from your body, keeping you dry and warm. This also prevents clamminess. The natural elasticity of wool fibers allows garments to stretch and then return to their original shape, preventing sagging and bagging and blisters! Wool is super absorbent so it dries slowly but retains heat even when wet. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water and still feel dry! It is also naturally fire resistant.
If you’re tired of freezing cold feet, check out our Winter Wool collection. Put the natural powers of this super-star fiber to work for you!
