How to Wash Socks
We’ve already told you how to tell when it’s time to wash your sock, but let’s get into the nitty-gritty how to wash them and keep them looking like new.
Pro Tips:
- A high heat dryer will shorten the lifespan of the elasticity of the socks
- Before drying, gently turn socks right side out to prevent stretching
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not bleach
To ensure you don’t lose any socks in the wash, it might also be wise to use a mesh garment bag to keep all your socks together.
Most socks can also be hand washed to increase lifespan, however, a gentle cycle on a washing machine will do just fine.
